DO YOU OFFER JUST A LOGO?
I believe in the power of solid brand identity design and just a logo will not tell the story of your brand. For this reason I do not offer only a logo.
WHY ARE YOUR RETAINERS PRICED THIS WAY?
Our retainers are priced to reflect the high level of personalised service and expertise we provide. This includes dedicated time for strategic planning, custom design, and ongoing support to ensure your project’s success. By investing in our retainer, you’re securing consistent, high-quality work tailored specifically to your needs, along with the flexibility to adapt as your business evolves. This structure ensures we can maintain the standards of excellence and attention to detail that our clients expect and deserve.
WHAT'S THE PROCESS LIKE?
You fill in the enquiry form and schedule a call with me, after that you will receive a contract and link to set up your subscription and we can start working together!

We can communicate via Asana, email, Slack or any other platform of your choosing and you can assign us tasks weekly based on your design requirements and hours. Final files are shared with you through a Google Drive link.

DO YOU OFFER COPYWRITING?
I offer copywriting support to the existing copy of web design clients when needed. However, If you need copywriting from scratch, this would require an extra cost and I will provide you with one of my amazing contractor copywriters.
DO YOU OFFER SEO?
Basic SEO is included in website design packages.
ARE YOUR WEBSITES TAILOR-MADE?
All my websites are custom made to serve your needs. Standard e-commerce websites can be both custom or semi-custom.
WILL I BE ABLE TO UPDATE MY WEBSITE WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?
Absolutely! I make sure to provide you with training in order for you to be comfortable updating your website on your own. We use visual builders to develop your website so you can comfortably make edits on images, copy, etc. when the project is finished.
ARE THERE ANY REFUNDS?
Due to the nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
WHY IS THERE A 3 MONTH MINIMUM?
We require a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure we have adequate time to thoroughly understand your needs and deliver impactful results. This timeframe allows us to build a strong foundation, make necessary adjustments, and achieve the high-quality outcomes you expect. A longer engagement ensures that we can provide the best value and truly contribute to the growth and success of your business.
CAN YOU DESIGN ON OUR EXISTING BRANDING?
I believe branding causes more impact when it is cohesive. Giving me the freedom to design all your brand will make it look smooth and clear to your audience. If you need marketing materials or other assets for your existing branding, you can book an à la carte service or one of my retainers for on-going support.
HOW SON CAN WE START?
We request at least a one-week enquiry time for new retainers. We typically have 1-2 openings for new clients each month.
WHAT'S THE TURN AROUND TIME?
It depends on the design request. Most tasks will only take 3-7 days.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I BE PREPARED TO INVEST?
This depends on your needs and the type of project you book. To give you an estimate you can refer to the following:

- Web Design for service provider: starting at £1200 for the base package and with add-ons (extras) normally the maximum you can be prepared to invest is £4000. This would be a custom website. ($2-5K USD) (1.5-5K EUR)

- Web Design for product business: starting at £1200 for a semi-custom website and at £2000 for a custom website. If you need add-ons (extras) normally the maximum you can be prepared to invest is £4000. ($2-5K USD / 1.5-5K EUR).

- Branding for service and product based businesses is £1200 for the base package and with add-ons the maximum you can be prepared to invest is £4000. (2-5K USD / 1.5-5K EUR).

HOW MUCH SHOULD I BE PREPARED TO INVEST?
As a general note, I do not offer fixed pricing for my services because I believe each of my clients' needs and goals are different and unique, which is why before discussing pricing I would like to have a Zoom call to get to know you and your business. My average price range is between £1,200 - £5,000. If you have a smaller budget, or less time, I recommend you book one of my VIP DAYS. Either way, I am happy to chat more to see what fits.
