DO YOU OFFER JUST A LOGO?
I believe in the power of solid brand identity design and just a logo will not tell the story of your brand. For this reason I do not offer only a logo.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes, I'm flexible with payments since branding and web design are a big investment. All projects require a 10% deposit upon signing your contract so you have reserved your spot in my calendar with the remaining balance split across the duration of the project.

When commencing the project, you can pay 45% and the remaining 45% at the end of the project and before sending the final files. I also offer the possibility to split the payment in up to 6 instalments across the duration of the project.
WHAT ISN'T INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICING?
-Additional revisions (charged at £50/h).
- Font licenses.
- Website Hosting & Subscriptions.
- Copyrighting.
- Advanced SEO (basic SEO is included in the Website & e-Commerce Packages).
- Brand Photography/Image Sourcing.
- Printing Fees.
WHY CAN'T I FIND SOMEONE ON UPWORK OR FIVERR?
You sure can but you know what they say... "Buy cheap, buy twice!" At Elena Miron Design, our focus is on designing with your unique needs in mind, something you won't find on platforms like Upwork or Fiverr. Many designers on these sites stick rigidly to their own style without strategically adapting to your requirements. ARE YOUR PACKAGES CUSTOMISABLE?
Absolutely! Maybe you need a supporting visual identity for your existing logo and strategy? Maybe you need to refine your Home Page? Let us know and we will create a package to suit your own needs.
DO YOU OFFER COPYWRITING?
I offer copywriting support to the existing copy of web design clients when needed. However, If you need copywriting from scratch, this would require an extra cost and I will provide you with one of my amazing contractor copywriters.
DO YOU OFFER SEO?
Basic SEO is included in website design packages.
ARE YOUR WEBSITES TAILOR-MADE?
All my websites are custom made to serve your needs. Standard e-commerce websites can be both custom or semi-custom.
WILL I BE ABLE TO UPDATE MY WEBSITE WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?
Absolutely! I make sure to provide you with training in order for you to be comfortable updating your website on your own. We use visual builders to develop your website so you can comfortably make edits on images, copy, etc. when the project is finished.
CAN I CANCEL OUR PROJECT ONCE THE DEPOSIT IS PAID?
If something happened and you need to postpone your project, we can schedule a future date with no problem. Deposits are non-refundable.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS?
Branding usually takes about 3 - 5 weeks and website design takes about 6. Timelines may vary depending on project.
CAN YOU DESIGN ON OUR EXISTING BRANDING?
I believe branding causes more impact when it is cohesive. Giving me the freedom to design all your brand will make it look smooth and clear to your audience. If you need marketing materials or other assets for your existing branding, you can book an à la carte service or one of my retainers for on-going support.
WHAT WEBSITE PLATFORMS DO YOU USE?
I develop websites in Webflow, Showit and Shopify. I will recommend the best for your business needs.
WHEN WILL MY PROJECT START?
Once you fill out my contact form, we will schedule a Zoom call to talk about your project. I recommend filling out my contact form about 1 month in advance to book the next available spot. If there are any cancelations beforehand, I will make sure I let you know that we can start working together sooner!
HOW MUCH SHOULD I BE PREPARED TO INVEST?
This depends on your needs and the type of project you book. To give you an estimate you can refer to the following:

- Web Design for service provider: starting at £2,500 for the base package and with add-ons (extras) normally the maximum you can be prepared to invest is £4,000. This would be a custom website. (3,5-5,2K USD / 3.2-4.9K EUR).

- E-commerce for product business: starting at £2,500 for a semi-custom website and at £4,000 for a custom website. If you need add-ons (extras) normally the maximum you can be prepared to invest is £6000. (3,5-8K USD / 3.2-7.5K EUR).

- Branding for service and product based businesses is £1,500 for the base package and with add-ons the maximum you can be prepared to invest is £3,000. (2-4K USD / 1.8-3.6K EUR).
