DO YOU OFFER JUST A LOGO?

I believe in the power of solid brand identity design and just a logo will not tell the story of your brand. For this reason I do not offer only a logo.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes, I'm flexible with payments since branding and web design are a big investment. All projects require a 50% deposit upon signing your contract so you have reserved your spot in my calendar, with the remaining balance billed across the duration of the project.

*Please note: if the cost of the project is less than £600, payment will be taken in full.

WHAT ISN'T INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICING?

- Additional revisions (charged at £30/h).
- Font licenses.
- Website Hosting & Subscriptions.
- Copyrighting.
- Advanced SEO (basic SEO is included in the Website Packages).
- Brand Photography/Image Sourcing.
- Printing Fees.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

I'm based between Gloucester, United Kingdom; Gibraltar; and La Costa del Sol, Spain.

CAN I CANCEL OUR PROJECT ONCE THE DEPOSIT IS PAID?

If something happened and you need to postpone your project, we can schedule a future date with no problem. Deposits are non-refundable.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS?

Branding usually takes about 4 - 6 weeks and website design takes about 6 - 8. Timelines may vary depending on project. If you need something fast and sweet, my VIP Days and Design Intensives take less time.

CAN YOU DESIGN ON OUR EXISTING BRANDING?

I believe branding causes more impact when it is cohesive. Giving me the freedom to design all your brand will make it look smooth and clear to your audience. If you need marketing materials or other assets for your existing branding, you can book a VIP DAY with me.

WHAT WEBSITE PLATFORMS DO YOU USE?

I develop websites in Webflow, WordPress, Showit and Shopify. I will recommend the best CMS for your business needs.

WHEN WILL MY PROJECT START?

Once you fill out my contact form, we will schedule a Zoom call to talk about your project. Due to the high volume of inquiries I receive, I recommend filling out my contact form about 1-2 months in advance to book the next available spot. If there are any cancelations beforehand, I will make sure I let you know so we can start working together sooner!

HOW MUCH SHOULD I BE PREPARED TO INVEST?

As a general note, I do not offer fixed pricing for my services because I believe each of my clients' needs and goals are different and unique, which is why before discussing pricing I would like to have a Zoom call to get to know you and your business. My average price range is between £1,200 - £4,000. If you have a smaller budget, or less time, I recommend you book one of my VIP DAYS or Design Intensives. Either way, I am happy to chat more to see what fits.
